You don't need to have a challenge to attend—your skills and experience are just as valuable in helping others! Held once a quarter, these groups offer a supportive environment similar to ladies circle coffee discussions, fostering community and growth.

Debra clearly explained the definition of Imposter Syndrome in a way that was truly eye-opening, as I hadn’t fully understood its meaning before. Through the discussion, I was able to identify where I personally was on that spectrum.

In addition to defining Imposter Syndrome, she shared what to look out for, guided us through self-examination, and provided practical steps to help overcome it. The session was both insightful and actionable.

I believe that for success and effective functioning, everything needs to be in sync, particularly in this order: Faith, Family, and Career. Balancing these three can be challenging. Each year, I host Bible studies for six months, from January to June, where I lead various groups. "Making Wise Choices" is my most popular course among women, followed closely by a study of the book of Revelation.

Ladies Circle was founded after the pandemic, born from the realization that many women who supported my business were struggling with devastation and loneliness. The group was formed to break down the isolation they felt and to encourage new friendships. It is an inclusive space for all women, with no agenda or expectations beyond meeting new people. Our members include business leaders, friends, and clients. 

We meet for Ladies Circle coffee on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday mornings of each month in Wichita from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Use the contact form on the Home page to join! 

Ladies Circle Dining Out, an extension of Ladies Circle Coffee! Recognizing that many of our members work during the week, we've added a monthly dining experience at locally owned restaurants. Join us on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6 pm. (Holiday Exception) To participate, simply fill out the contact form on our Home page to find out our next dining location!
