Debra clearly explained the definition of Imposter Syndrome in a way that was truly eye-opening, as I hadn’t fully understood its meaning before. Through the discussion, I was able to identify where I personally was on that spectrum.
In addition to defining Imposter Syndrome, she shared what to look out for, guided us through self-examination, and provided practical steps to help overcome it. The session was both insightful and actionable.

Bible Studies | Pay for Materials/Books Only
I believe that for success and effective functioning, everything needs to be in sync, especially in this order: Faith, Family, and Career. Finding a balance among these three can be difficult. I usually host Bible studies for six months each year, from January to June. "Making Wise Choices" is my most popular course among women, followed by a study of the book of Revelation. Ladies Circle was founded after the pandemic, born from the realization that many women who supported my business were struggling with devastation and loneliness. The group was formed to break down the isolation they felt and to encourage new friendships. It is an inclusive space for all women, with no agenda or expectations beyond meeting new people. Our members include business leaders, friends, and clients. We meet for coffee on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday mornings of each month in Wichita. 10:30a - 11:30a.

Ladies Circle Dining Out, an extension of Ladies Circle Coffee! Recognizing that many of our members work during the week, we've started a monthly dining experience at locally owned restaurants.
