When you reach out to DL Biz Services, we will determine the best match for your needs and connect you with the right resources. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best options for your needs. 

Even clients who have been with DL Biz Services for years are referred to a specialist within our community of professionals as their businesses expand and need additional services.

We work with small-business entrepreneurs, nonprofits, authors, artists, direct sales, independent sales, MLMs, and others! Some of our partners work with larger companies. Reach out, and we'll match you with the right resources!

At DL Biz Services, we onboard a new client within a few days. 

Partnerships: Each company has its own onboarding procedures. After you are matched, please ask about this during your exploratory meeting with them.

At DL Biz Services, we work with your schedule when you want to take a class. This lets us offer tailored classes for you and your business and work at your pace.

Partnerships: Partners offer their own class schedules and procedures.  After you are matched, please ask about this during your exploratory meeting with them. 

At DL Biz Services, proposals and work projects may take up to two weeks to start. This depends on how quickly we receive all the project information. Once we have all the information, we can begin.

For all clients, we ask that work projects be submitted two weeks in advance to be added to the schedule.  To be fair, we complete projects in the order they are received. Turnaround time depends on the project size or whether it is ongoing. Most projects are completed within one week. Complex projects may take a bit longer. 

If we agree on a monthly contract, the start date is based on what is recorded in the contract.

Partnerships: Each partner has their own project workflow procedures. After you are matched, please ask about this during your exploratory meeting with them. 

At DL Biz Services, we price each service separately. 

Pricing for our most popular services:

• Graphic design, writing - narratives and business writing | $100 hr.
• Basic Web Build | $500
• Business Coaching | $30 hr.
• Life Coaching | Free
• Business Classes | $45 each
• Social media management & Ongoing contracts & Packages are based on an agreed price listed in a proposal/contract.

Partnerships: Each partner has their own price schedule. Please ask about this during your exploratory meeting with them. 

DL Biz Services does not offer discounts on individual services. Our pricing is already very affordable.   However, monthly contracts include incentives that add value.

We do not ask our partners to discount their work.

The DL Biz Services team offers PayPal, cash, and check payment options.

Partnerships: Each company has its own payment options. After you are matched, please ask about this during your exploratory meeting with them. 

No.  At DL Biz Services, all invoices are due upon receipt. We do not offer terms. Larger projects require a down payment/retainer.

We understand that circumstances can change during a work project or while you are under a contract with us. If you're working with the DL Biz Services team, you can cancel a project. 

Most of our long-term work contracts (three months or longer) include built-in discounts. We ask that the client pay full price for any work completed within the project and for any proprietary materials received. Proprietary items: $100 per item | Items completed rate: $100 per hour. After payment, any completed work or proprietary materials are yours to use.

If you made a down payment/retainer. That fee will be held to cover any of the above-mentioned costs. Any balance leftover will be due immediately.

Partnerships: Each company has its own cancellation policies. After you are matched, please ask about this during your exploratory meeting with them. 

Some of the projects that DL Biz Services takes on do require a signed contract. We will discuss this during the initial project meeting. 

Clients sign project proposals or contracts that all parties agree to before the work begins. For larger projects, we will require a down payment.

We ask that the client provide final proofing before we release any projects. Clients are also asked to proof work at each stage of the project. 

The number of changes allowed for a completed project is limited and predetermined at the initial project meeting.
