Our business classes are tailored to each company's unique needs, ensuring effective professional development for every participant. Zoom is available for most classes, making it easy for out-of-state or area clients to join. Each session is scheduled to last 1 to 2 hours, with a fee applied per individual. Additional team members are welcome to attend, with the per-person fee applicable.

Retail Store Training - Retail is a science, and as a Retail Specialist, I provide training that includes traffic flow, merchandise placement, and eye-catching displays. The training offered to store retailers covers Inventory Control, Store Design, Loss Prevention, Merchandising, Merchandise Purchasing, Open to Buy, and improving Customer Service, all conducted on-site at their store locations. On-site Retail Store Training is available at $30 per hour.

The Strong Interest Inventory (SII), based on Holland’s Personality Theory, suggests that we are most fulfilled and successful when our personality matches our work environment. This tool helps high school students decide their futures, those considering a mid-life career change, and even individuals nearing retirement who want to explore new paths. The Strong compares our interests and disinterests with thousands of people across hundreds of occupations. Its results are not oversimplified like a weathervane or a compass pointing to true north; instead, they act like a gyroscope, guiding us toward a likely fulfilling career.
